Can I share my meal log with a dietitian or friend?
Yes. NutriScan can publish your meal timeline as a public gallery page with its own link that you copy and send to anyone. Sharing is on the Free plan.
How to share your meal timeline
- Open the Profile tab and tap Share Food Timeline. The screen is titled "Your Public Gallery".
- Type a Gallery Name (20 characters at most). An empty name shows "Enter your Gallery Name".
- Tap Make Gallery Public. The button turns green and reads "Published Live".
- A Public URL row appears. The link looks like
https://gallery.nutriscan.app/#/<code>/<gallery-name>, with the name in lowercase and spaces turned into hyphens. - Tap the copy icon. The app shows "URL Copied!". Paste the link into a message or email.
Changing the gallery later
Reopen the screen and your saved name and link load. If you edit the name, the button changes to Save Details, and saving shows "Gallery Name Updated". Tapping "Published Live" without a change shows "Gallery is Already Live".
What to know before you share
- The gallery is public. Anyone who has the link can open it, so send it only to people you want to see your meals.
- The page is built to show "the nutritional insights of your meals". The app does not offer a private invite for one named person such as a dietitian, so the link is the sharing method.
- If saving fails, the app shows "Oops! Some Error Occurred". Try again.
Other ways to see your history
Your own meal history stays in the app. The meal timeline guide covers how to review it day by day.
