What this policy covers
This policy covers NutriScan Premium subscriptions bought on nutriscan.app. Web payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, so your receipt and invoice come from Paddle. If you bought Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules; see section 5 of our Terms of Use.
14-day refund on your first payment
If Premium is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment on nutriscan.app and we refund it in full. No reason needed. This applies once per account, to the first payment only.
If your plan started with a free trial and you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged at all.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not refundable, except where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing further is charged.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
You can also reach Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
After a refund
Premium features stop when the refund is issued. Your account, food logs and progress stay in place, and you can subscribe again at any time.
Cancelling
Cancel from the app under Settings, then Subscription, or through the manage link in your Paddle receipt. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Currency and taxes
Refunds are for the amount you paid, including any tax, in the currency you were charged in. We cannot cover exchange-rate differences applied by your bank or card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after that date.
