How to preview them
Open the Profile tab and scroll to Widgets. A horizontal row of six preview cards shows how each widget looks. The cards are a preview only, so tapping them does nothing.
Language
When you change the app language in Profile, then Change Language, the home-screen widgets switch language too.
Widgets inside the app
The Home screen also has in-app cards that the app calls widgets, such as Water, Report and Insights. These are different from the phone home-screen widgets. You can switch them on or off and drag them into order from Profile, then Customize Home. Turning off the last widget shows "Keep at least one widget on."
