Yes. Vacation Mode is for a holiday, a trip, a sick week or a mental break. Your goals and reminders pause, so a few days off do not read as failure.

How it works in the app

1. Open Profile and tap Vacation Mode.
2. Pick a reason: Sick, Vacation, Travel, Mental Break or Other. You can add an optional comment.
3. Set the Start and End Date. The default is 7 days, and the end date can be as late as Dec 31 of this year.
4. Choose whether to keep Auto Repeat on. It is on by default.
5. Tap Confirm Start. The mode begins one hour after you confirm.

What changes

• Daily goals and tracking reminders pause.
• The Home banner switches to a vacation image.
• The calendar shows vacation days in blue. A day with both a vacation and meals is split, blue on the left and the NutriScore color on the right.

Changing or ending it

• An upcoming vacation can be cancelled from the Vacation Mode row.
• While it is active, you can change the dates, reason and comments, then tap Update Details. A start date can be moved back up to 30 days.
• End Vacation asks you to confirm, then your daily goals and reminders resume.

Limits

• It needs an internet connection.
• Day boundaries follow your phone's local time.
• You can also ask Monika to turn vacation mode on or off.
