Does NutriScan make a personal diet plan?
Yes. Premium builds a 28-day diet plan from your goal, food preferences, schedule and macros. Free users see a read-only sample.
Premium members get a 28-day plan built from a form of about 20 short steps. Free users see a real sample plan for their goal, food preference and region, read-only, with part of it blurred.
How it works in the app
- Open Diet Plan in the bottom bar and tap Start Creating Diet Plan.
- Answer the form: name, age, height, weight, goal, food preference, allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, lactose), meal times, cuisines, activity, and the foods already in your kitchen. Pick at least 5.
- Review your macros. The app fills them in and you can change them.
- Wait for the plan. The loader says this can take up to 5 to 10 minutes, and you can keep using the app.
What you get
- A daily target for calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and micronutrients.
- Meals grouped by your meal times, with Option 1 and Option 2 for each.
- Tabs for Diet Plan, Grocery List, Supplements and Lifestyle.
- On each dish: portion size, nutrition and NutriScore. Log puts it in today's meals. Change swaps it for another dish.
- A Full Recipe button on each dish opens a recipe screen with prep time, cook time, calories that match the plan card, the ingredients, cooking steps with a timer and heat chip, and healthy substitutions.
- A prompt to renew after 28 days.
Supplement suggestions are general. The app tells you to consult a professional for personal advice or health conditions.
Limits
- The plan needs Premium. Free shows a preview, and Edit Plan opens the paywall.
- Goals are weight loss, muscle building, diabetes, PCOS, pregnancy and viral or flu recovery.
