Does NutriScan track my weight and progress?
Yes. You log weight from the Report on Home, and the Premium Progress tab shows your streak, a Readiness Score and weekly and 30-day trends.
Logging weight
- On Home, scroll below the day's meals to Report.
- Tap the Weight tile, or the + Add at its right edge. With no data the tile shows "Add to View".
- Enter your weight on the Log Weight screen.
Weight logging is on the Free plan. If you connect Apple Health or Health Connect, NutriScan also reads weight from there, and it writes the weight you log back to Health Connect.
The Progress tab (Premium)
Progress shows a streak count, then three ranges: Today, Week and 30 Days.
- Today shows a Readiness Score from 0 to 100, built from meal quality, consistency, macro balance, sleep, activity and micronutrients.
- Week shows average NutriScore, protein target hits and a vitamins and minerals list.
- 30 Days compares the month, including Weight Change in kg, average calories, protein hit rate and best streak.
On the Free plan, Progress shows your own data blurred with an Unlock Premium button.
Report PDF
The Report button on Progress makes a PDF of one month from the last 12. It is described as "a doctor-ready PDF of your nutrition trends, macros, micronutrients and insights". It is Premium.
Weight goals
Weight loss and Muscle gain onboarding asks for a target weight and a pace: Relaxed 0.25, Recommended 0.5 or Ambitious 0.75 kg per week, with a goal date.
