Five Guys Nutrition Calculator
Pick what you ordered and how many. This calorie calculator totals the calories, protein, carbs and fat from Five Guys' own US numbers.
Log this 1565 calorie order in NutriScan. Take a photo of your order and the app adds the calories, protein, carbs and fat to your day.
How to use it
Choose a menu section, choose an item, and press Add to order. The item drops into the order list, where the plus and minus buttons set the quantity. Take an item to zero and it leaves the order.
Five Guys publishes its nutrition by ingredient, not by finished burger, so you build the order from parts. A burger is a bun plus patties plus whatever you add on top. A bun with two patties and a slice of cheese is 240 + 302 + 302 + 70 = 914 calories. Add the cheese, bacon, sauces and toppings you asked for, then the fries and the shake.
The calculator opens with a sample order of a hamburger bun, one hamburger patty, a slice of cheese and Regular Five Guys Style fries, which comes to 1,565 calories with 41g of protein, 167g of carbs and 72g of fat. Remove those lines and build your own.

These are US menu values. Where the guide lists a value of "<1" the calculator uses 0. Where the guide lists two suppliers for the same item, both rows are here with the guide's labels, because the restaurant does not say which one you get. The guide prints Mini Five Guys Style fries twice, at 175 g and 178 g, and the first row is used. The mini mix-in table lists bacon as "2 pieces" at 35 calories, so that label is kept. The guide has no fountain drinks, so there are none here. Menus and recipes in other countries differ, so use the local Five Guys nutrition page if you are ordering outside the US.
What moves the total
Patties set the base. Each hamburger patty is 302 calories with 16g of protein and 17g of fat. A bun with one patty is 542 calories and a bun with two is 844.
Cheese and bacon add up. A slice of cheese is 70 calories and two pieces of bacon are 70 to 73. A bun, two patties, two slices of cheese and bacon comes to 1,054 calories with supplier S bacon and cheese: 240 + 604 + 140 + 70.
Fries can match the burger. A Regular Five Guys Style order is 953 calories and a Large is 1,314. The Large Cajun Style order has 1,658 mg of sodium, and the guide notes that a 2,000 calorie diet allows about 2,300 mg of sodium in a day.
Toppings are cheap. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, jalapeños, green peppers and grilled mushrooms are 0 to 11 calories each. Mayonnaise (103 to 111) and Five Guys Sauce (169) cost far more than ketchup (30) or mustard (0).
A shake starts at 524 calories before mix-ins. The vanilla base plus Oreo cookie pieces is 644 calories, and the base plus peanut butter is 846. The guide says values for shakes with two or more mix-ins vary, so a total with several mix-ins is our sum of the listed rows, not a figure Five Guys prints.
Peanuts are 170 calories per ounce. Five Guys fries are cooked in 100% peanut oil, which matters for anyone with a peanut allergy.
Track it in NutriScan
The calculator covers 78 standard US items. Custom builds, limited-time items, fountain drinks and menus in other countries fall outside it. For those, take a photo of the meal in NutriScan. The app identifies the food from the image and returns calories and macros, and you can edit the portion afterwards.
Logging the order also sets it against your daily calorie and macro targets, so you can see what is left for the rest of the day. The free plan includes 5 scans a week. NutriScan has passed 150k downloads and holds a 4.6 star rating.

Every value is read from the Five Guys US Nutrition & Allergen Guide, English, dated 9-1-2026, linked from the nutrition and allergy page on fiveguys.com and retrieved on October 14, 2026. Five Guys states that orders are made by hand, so serving sizes can vary slightly and the figures may not be exact for every item in every restaurant. The guide lists ingredients, not finished burgers, so this calculator adds components. It lists no fountain drinks, so none are included.
