Raising Cane's Nutrition Calculator
Pick what you ordered and how many. This calorie calculator totals the calories, protein, carbs and fat from Raising Cane's own US nutrition guide.
Log this 1560 calorie order in NutriScan. Take a photo of your order and the app adds the calories, protein, carbs and fat to your day.
How to use it
Choose a menu section, choose an item, and press Add to order. The item drops into the order list, where the plus and minus buttons set the quantity. Take an item to zero and it leaves the order.
The calculator opens with a Box Combo and a regular Lemonade, which comes to 1,560 calories with 60g of protein, 175g of carbs and 70g of fat. Remove those two lines and build your own.
Raising Cane's lists each Chicken Finger on its own, so add the finger once per piece. Combos are the guide's own rows for one combo without a drink, so pick a drink separately. Combo rows are the chain's figures and do not always equal the sum of their parts, so do not add a combo and its pieces together.

The guide also lists saturated fat, sodium, cholesterol and fiber. This calculator shows calories, protein, carbs and fat only, and a value printed as under 1 g is entered as 0. The guide gives the Kid's Combo in three versions (standard, Louisville KY and Maryland), all included above. Menus differ outside the US, so use the local Raising Cane's nutrition page if you are ordering elsewhere.
What moves the total
The drink is a large part of the total. A regular Sweet Tea is 230 calories and 60g of carbs, a large is 340 calories and 88g of carbs, and unsweet tea is 0 in every size. A regular Lemonade is 290 calories.
Sauce counts as a full item. One Cane's Sauce is 190 calories and 18g of fat, more than a Chicken Finger at 130. The Caniac Combo carries two.
Three fingers are 390 calories and 36g of protein. The 3 Finger Combo is three fingers (390), fries (420), Texas Toast (150) and a Cane's Sauce (190). The guide lists the combo at 1,050, less than the 1,150 those parts add up to, so use the combo row and do not add the pieces.
Sodium is high across the menu. The guide lists 1,820 mg in The 3 Finger Combo, 2,360 mg in The Box Combo and 3,480 mg in The Caniac Combo. The WHO advises adults to keep sodium under 2,000 mg a day.
For protein per calorie, a Chicken Finger gives 12g for 130 calories. The Chicken Sandwich gives 45g for 810.
Track it in NutriScan
The calculator covers the 110 standard US items in the August 2026 guide. Limited-time items, changes by location and menus in other countries fall outside it. For those, take a photo of the meal in NutriScan. The app identifies the food from the image and returns calories and macros, and you can edit the portion afterwards.
Logging the order also sets it against your daily calorie and macro targets, so you can see what is left for the rest of the day. The free plan includes 5 scans a week. NutriScan has passed 150k downloads and holds a 4.6 star rating.
Frequently asked questions
Is Raising Cane's healthy?
Raising Cane's menu is built around fried chicken fingers, so most combos are calorie and sodium heavy. Per its August 2026 guide, The 3 Finger Combo is 1,050 calories with 46g of protein and 1,820 mg of sodium, and The Box Combo is 1,270 calories with 2,360 mg of sodium. The WHO recommends adults eat under 2,000 mg of sodium a day, so one Box Combo is above that on its own. The healthier end of the menu is a single Chicken Finger at 130 calories and 12g of protein, Coleslaw at 90 calories, and unsweet tea at 0.
Is Raising Cane's bad for you?
One combo is not harmful, but the numbers are large. The Caniac Combo is 1,810 calories, 106g of fat, 15g of saturated fat and 3,480 mg of sodium, according to Raising Cane's guide for August 2026. The Chicken Sandwich alone is 810 calories with 40g of fat. Eaten now and then, that fits many diets. Eaten several times a week, sodium and saturated fat add up quickly.
Is Raising Cane's unhealthy?
The fried items are high in fat and sodium: the Crinkle-Cut Fries are 420 calories and 21g of fat, and Cane's Sauce is 190 calories and 18g of fat for one 1.5 oz cup. Drinks add more. A large Sweet Tea is 340 calories and 88g of carbs, and a large Lemonade is 420 calories. Choosing unsweet tea instead of a large Sweet Tea saves 340 calories, and skipping the sauce saves 190.
How many calories are in a Raising Cane's Box Combo?
The Box Combo is 1,270 calories, with 60g of protein, 99g of carbs and 70g of fat, per the Raising Cane's guide for August 2026. The guide lists the combo without a drink. A regular (22 fl oz) Sweet Tea adds 230 calories and a regular Lemonade adds 290, so a Box Combo with a lemonade is 1,560 calories.
How many calories are in a Raising Cane's chicken finger?
One Chicken Finger (55 g) is 130 calories, with 12g of protein, 5g of carbs and 6g of fat. Three fingers are 390 calories and 36g of protein, and six are 780 calories and 72g of protein. Add the item to the order once per finger, or raise the quantity with the plus button.
How many calories are in Cane's Sauce?
One Cane's Sauce (1.5 oz, 43 g) is 190 calories, with 0g of protein, 6g of carbs and 18g of fat. That is more calories than a Chicken Finger. A combo with two sauces, such as The Caniac Combo, carries 380 calories of sauce. Honey Mustard is 140 calories per 1.7 oz cup.
Do these numbers apply outside the US?
No. The numbers come from the US guide on raisingcanes.com. Menus and recipes can differ between countries. If you order outside the US, check the Raising Cane's nutrition page for your country.
Where do the numbers in this Raising Cane's calorie calculator come from?
Every value is read from Raising Cane's Allergen & Nutritional Information PDF, August 2026 edition, on raisingcanes.com/allergens, retrieved on October 14, 2026. Raising Cane's says the figures are based on average values for standard sizes and formulations and that actual values vary with serving size, preparation and supplier. Values printed as under 1 g are entered as 0.
